
6 slices of bacon
3 lbs red potatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
2 tbsp chopped chives
Cook and crumble the bacon. Place the potatoes into the slow cooker and sprinkle them with cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon. Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Serve garnished with chives.
Note: great with cheese of course! Sharp cheddar, a blend, Colby Jack, provolone or Munster cheese
