Feed A Crowd Taco Soup


2 lb ground beef

2 Cups diced onion

2(15oz) cans pinto beans

2(15oz) cans kidney beans

1(15oz) can corn – drained

1(15oz) can Mexican style stewed ,

1(15oz) can diced tomatoes

1(15oz) can tomatoes with green chilies

1(4 1/2oz) can diced green chilies

1(4oz) can sliced black olives

1/2 cup sliced green olives

1 pkg Taco seasoning of

1 pkg ranch style dressing mix

corn chips for serving

Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain. Transfer into a large crockpot. Add all of the rest of the ingredients except the corn chips.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Place a handful of the corn chips into a soup bowl and pour a big scoopful of soup over the chips. Serve with chopped green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
