- 1 heaping tablespoon garlic-and-herb seasoning blend
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cups self-rising flour, plus bench flour for rolling
In a large bowl, combine the flour and seasoning blend. Slowly add the yogurt while stirring until it all comes together. No need to knead!
Form dough onto a pan.
Preheat oven as follows:
To top and cook all at once, preheat to 375°F and bake until edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
For a crispier crust, preheat oven to 350°F and par-bake the crust until golden on top. Remove from the oven and turn heat up to 450°F. Add toppings and return to the oven once it heats up and bake until cheese is melted.
